Steven Berger

Steven Berger is the Administrative Shareholder of the New York office of Vedder Price and is experienced in corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings and securities law compliance, corporate governance, and general corporate structuring, including limited liability companies, partnerships, and stockholder agreements. Berger regularly represents accounting firms in transactions involving the acquisition of accounting practices, federal and state regulatory issues, risk management, drafting partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and limited liability company agreements, independence investigations, succession planning, and PCAOB and SEC compliance. He is also an author and frequent speaker on laws and regulations affecting accountants and accounting firms.
