James Walker

James Walker is the National Program Manager at McMillan LLP. In this role, Walker manages the firm’s capital budget as well as the lifecycle of the EPMO portfolio budgeting, the definition process, and the report to the CFO/Investment Committee for governance. He also designs portfolio roadmaps and portfolio delivery plans that factor in resource management, change management, and capacity management across all departments and offices. Walker received his master’s degree in Business Analysis from Schulich School of Business.
