Notwithstanding anything in the Governing Agreement to the contrary:

If Customer’s address in the OSA is in (i) Europe (including the United Kingdom), the Middle East or Africa, Customer Data will be stored at rest in Europe, (ii) North or South America, Customer Data will be stored at rest in North America, and (iii) Asia/Pacific region, Customer Data will be stored at rest in the Asia/Pacific Region, except in each case, to the extent the service identified above uses sub processors set forth in the locations specified in the list of subprocessors found at https://www.intapp.com/sub-processors/. In addition, Customer agrees that the Intapp Party (who is party with Customer to the Governing Agreement) may provide Customer Confidential Information (including Customer Data) to a third party, including subprocessors, in accordance with or to fulfill the Intapp Party’s obligations under the Governing Agreement, provided that (a) such third parties are bound by written confidentiality obligations at least as protective as those contained in the Governing Agreement; and (b) such Intapp Party remains responsible for such third parties with respect to such Customer Confidential Information disclosed by Intapp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except as expressly set forth in the Governing Agreement, Intapp Parties (and their suppliers and licensors) offer no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Document Ingestion for Intapp DealCloud, including any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, infringement, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or any warranties and conditions arising out of course of dealing or custom or usage of the trade. Customer further acknowledges no warranties, representations, or other promises are made as to the service identified above (including, without limitation, any information or content provided), including, without limitation, that the same will be error-free, up-to-date, accurate, and/or complete. Customer’s use of Intapp service identified above is at its own sole risk and Customer is solely responsible for the use of, and evaluation of, any inputs and outputs, including accuracy and appropriateness of its use case.
