Data stored in the dedicated cloud (hosted in Microsoft Azure) is protected by Azure’s comprehensive security framework, which includes advanced encryption and access controls. Dedicated calculation and permission queues also ensure your data remains protected against unauthorized access.
Data is further safeguarded with the bring your own key (BYOK) feature, which provides you with control over your encryption keys. The DealCloud enterprise offering also includes daily site backups, which minimize the risk of permanent data loss due to unplanned system outages and other unexpected events.

Our enterprise offering includes virtual, self-contained environments that mirror your firm’s unique instance of DealCloud. This includes a non-production (or preview) sandbox that allows you to safely test new features, configurations, APIs, and other modifications without impacting live operations. Portable configurations enable you to easily migrate configuration updates from the preview sandbox to production.
