As the primary Intapp cloud evangelist, Lazares works to ensure Intapp cloud technology meets law firms’ business, governance, and security needs. He also keeps Intapp fully engaged with the global community to understand the constantly evolving landscape of trends and threats. In this session, he’ll provide a snapshot of the advice he gives law firms when facing their biggest challenges with a cloud move. We’ll then bring theory into practice, providing real-life success stories from Baker Botts’s cloud implementation of Intapp risk solutions.

Gaining a deeper understanding of AI to make smarter investments
Artificial-intelligence aficionados won’t want to miss the Machine learning and AI in action session. Intapp co-founder and head of R&D, Dan Harsell will take a deep dive into a sample real-world AI algorithm and its business use case to illustrate how assisted analysis can minimize work effort while enhancing outcomes.
Harsell approaches AI holistically: identifying problems that need solving, pinpointing data sets where answers might hide, determining whether AI technologies could help solve the issues, then applying the right AI technologies to the task. During this session, he’ll walk through all the steps from prototyping to production, including data cleaning, model building and evaluation, and deployment.

Discovering the right CRM capabilities to support your compliance journey
As marketing professionals and firm leaders wade through the slew of new privacy regulations, Intapp is finding ways for them sleep better at night. During the CRM compliance with e-regulations session, a panel of industry experts — including Andrew Hutchinson, Intapp practice group leader for marketing and business development — will discuss best practices to help support clients and ensure compliance in a fun “Dating Game” themed event.
Hutchinson has spent 15+ years helping a broad cross-section of legal and professional services firms use technology to drive service innovation. His understanding of the marketplace and passion for innovation helps clients leverage technology to provide differentiation in today’s highly competitive marketplace and in the years to come.
