Nora Shearer

Nora Shearer is Chief Marketing Officer of the global elite firm Shearman & Sterling. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Shearer was Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Norton Rose Fulbright, leading the firm’s marketing and business development team’s integration post-combination with her prior firm, Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Shearer has more than 20 years of experience in both the legal and finance industries, focusing on marketing, communications, and business development strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business in Finance and International Business.
