With the updates in the 2411 Europa product release, Intapp DealCloud users have gained several new features that will save them time by bringing DealCloud capabilities to where they are, whether that is a particular DealCloud dashboard or another application altogether.

Assist-powered search
What it is: Powered by Intapp Assist, our new search feature simplifies your DealCloud experience by allowing you to quickly access any widget directly from the search bar. Simply enter a natural language query to view all relevant widgets instantly.
This capability eliminates the need to navigate through multiple dashboards or pages, saving you time and streamlining your workflow. With this feature, you can easily discover and access the information you need from right where you are.
The problem it solves: Previously, users often wasted time flipping between dashboards to locate specific widgets. This new feature eliminates the need for manual searching, improving efficiency and accessibility.
How it’s enabled: This feature is available to Intapp DealCloud users who have Intapp Assist enabled.
Actionable messages
What it is: Available for web and mobile, this new feature lets you tackle your DealCloud tasks directly from your Microsoft Outlook inbox. With actionable messages, you can change the status of a DealCloud field or adjust approvals right within the notification, without having to switch between applications. This accelerates your workflow, making it easier for both you and your approvers to stay on top of your requests.
The problem it solves: Users waste time when having to flip between their inbox and DealCloud to make a status change or adjust approvals.
How it’s enabled: This feature is available to all Intapp DealCloud notifications users.
Google Workspace connector for relationship intelligence
What it is: The Google Workspace connector for relationship intelligence is a new integration that allows Intapp users whose primary productivity and email software is Google Calendar and Gmail to leverage the power of DealCloud’s relationship Intelligence functionality within these Google applications.
The problem it solves: Previously, teams using both Google Workspace and DealCloud had to manually enter data and switch between multiple applications. This integration streamlines that process by syncing emails and meetings from Google Workspace directly into DealCloud, enabling users to take advantage of DealCloud’s relationship Intelligence features — automated contact and company management, relationship scoring, and automated activity capture —without leaving their familiar Google Workspace environment.
How it’s enabled: This feature is available to all DealCloud users whose productivity and communications are based in Google Workspace.
