The following information regarding Intapp’s maintenance policy is provided for planning purposes only and is subject to change at Intapp’s discretion.

RELEASE DEFINITION

There are two types of updates we provide for our cloud systems: releases and maintenance updates. A release is a periodic deployment of new or changed capabilities for our solutions. A maintenance update is deployed for sustaining the security, availability, capacity and performance of the infrastructure and minor improvements.

The majority of release and maintenance activity occurs during our published standard maintenance windows. Intapp may conduct maintenance outside of the standard maintenance window, if necessary and, if that maintenance is user-impacting, Intapp will aim to provide notification of an ad hoc maintenance at least 8 hours in advance.

Intapp may conduct some maintenance updates without customer notifications, provided that the change has no impact on users.

RELEASE CADENCE

Intapp provides quarterly releases which occur in February, May, August and November. All quarterly releases are scheduled to take place during the standard maintenance windows. All production tenants are updated for each major release.

To the extent possible, we will adhere to the following schedule:

CHANGE MORATORIUM

Intapp has two change moratorium periods as outlined below. During these periods, Intapp will not schedule regular maintenance or release activity.

  • All products – the last 10 days and first 10 days of the calendar year.
  • Intapp Operations & Finance – the last 3 days and the first 3 days of each month.

These moratoriums apply to production tenants only.
