Bill Morrissett is a high-profile and veteran investment banker, working both in New York City, NY and Charlotte, NC. Morrissett had a 25-year career in middle-market investment banking, specializing in sell-side mergers and acquisitions in Charlotte. He began his career at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. — which eventually became part of First Union Corporation — and served as a managing director. He then helped co-found Edgeview Partners — which was later sold to Piper Jaffray — where he led its growth before his recent retirement. Morrissett also served on the advisory board for Plexus Capital and is an Operating Partner with Eagle Merchant Partners.
Morrissett has worked with numerous middle-market companies over the years and has provided financial and strategic advice to numerous CEOs and management teams. He has significant experience in a wide variety of industries, ranging from consumer products to aerospace and defense.
