Cordelia Montes

Cordelia Montes is a Client Success Manager at Intapp. In this role, she manages a portfolio of strategic accounts, with a focus on driving adoption, increasing client satisfaction, and supporting retention and growth. As an expert on the Intapp DealCloud platform, she helps our clients by providing end-user training, platform configuration, best practice reviews, and adoption health checks. Montes received a bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, and related programs from the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe.
