Jack has extensive experience in supporting a variety of professional services firms with technology-enabled transformation programs, working closely with senior leaders and their teams to address key business challenges including ensuring profitability, deploying the right technology platform for improved client service, and empowering fee earners to focus on high value activities. Prior to joining Intapp, Jack worked in PwC’s professional advisory practice where he specialized in operational transformation, supporting clients with change initiatives designed to deliver real improvements and efficiencies with the delivery of back-office services.
