Julia Montgomery works with Intapp customers to ensure their investment supports the firm’s business goals, from successful technology deployments to maximizing employee adoption of Intapp products. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry and with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), she is a certified Change Management Practitioner and has worked with firms across the country to implement change management strategies in a variety of initiatives, including introducing new policies, redesigning job roles, and implementing information security safeguards. Montgomery is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to change management and effective organizational communications.
