Karen Freeman is a Partner at DCM Insights. She previously served as the Executive Director of Research at the Advisory Board for the Arts. Before that, she was the Senior Manager of McKinsey and Company’s Learning Portfolio. She also worked at CEB for nearly 13 years, where she most recently served as the Head of CEB University.
Freeman earned a bachelor’s degree in East Asian studies and linguistics from Harvard University, and a Master of Business Development degree from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
