Kaye Sycamore is an experienced and successful leader with more than 30 years experience in the high-tech industry, specializing in legal tech. As Chief Revenue Officer at Wilson Allen, she provides strategic and go-to-market leadership, working with the company’s executive, sales and marketing, and practice leadership teams to establish structure and processes to help take the company to the next level.
Sycamore has held senior leadership roles in companies of all sizes, from startups to major corporations, and has worked in the U.K., U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. She also designed and developed a specialist legal ERP, leading the growth of the company from its founding in New Zealand, to international expansion and selling the solution to the world’s largest law firms, to a public listing on the London Stock Exchange, and then a successful exit via trade sale.
