Kirsten Ahearn is the Director of Business Development of Charlesbank. She joined Charlesbank in 2011 from Wellington Management, where she served as a relationship manager for endowment, foundation, corporate pension plans, and hospital clients. Earlier in her career, Ahearn worked for JPMorgan Investment Management, Hartford Life, and Merrill Lynch.
A native Bostonian, Ahearn lives with her husband and two daughters in Andover, MA where she actively volunteers with her daughters’ school and Girl Scout troops. She also enjoys swimming, creative ventures, and cheering on her daughters’ sports teams. She received a bachelor’s degree in art history and economics from Wellesley College and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
