A veteran of the strategy consulting industry, Les Moeller has served clients for more than 20 years by helping consumer products and retail companies develop new business models to drive growth and reduce costs. His work focuses on building his clients’ capabilities to generate revenue through marketing, pricing, and channel management effectiveness, and designing and implementing growth and innovation strategies. Moeller has extensive experience working with the world’s leading consumer products companies, having led projects with more than seven global consumer products companies to improve their sales and marketing effectiveness. He currently serves as the Chair of the Consulting Advisory Board at Intapp.
Moeller most recently served as the Vice Chair of FTI Consulting’s North and South America region, and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Moeller also led PwC’s Advisory Retail and Consumer practice globally as well as Strategy&’s business globally. Previously, he led Strategy&’s North America business as well as the Consumer, Media, and Digital practice, and was instrumental in the startup and success of the firm’s marketing and sales service offering. Prior to joining Strategy&, Moeller worked in the packaged goods industry, primarily with Procter & Gamble, where he developed the brand architecture to double the sales of NyQuil (including LiquiCaps and DayQuil) and launched Citrus Hill Plus Calcium, one of the first functional drinks.
Moeller’s publications include the strategy+business magazine article, “Smart Customization: Profitable Growth Through Tailored Business Streams,” and the book The Four Pillars of Profit-Driven Marketing: How to Maximize Creativity, Accountability and ROI. In 2009, Consulting magazine honored Moeller as a Top 25 Consultant.
