Matthew Morgan joined Teneo as Chief Business Process Officer in February 2021. He is responsible for streamlining operational processes in the company and integrating mergers to help ensure the company is scalable for rapid growth. Prior to joining Teneo, Morgan was the Chief Operating Officer at Savills North America, overseeing the administrative functions — including finance, human resources, legal, marketing, research, and technology — and supporting the firm’s 35 offices across North America. He also served on the company’s board of directors.
Morgan is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and has served as a company commander and in various staff and leadership roles. He is a prolific author and speaker and has written nine books on Afghanistan, terrorism, and related topics. While serving in the military, Morgan was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan.
