Recognized as a thought leader on leadership within the legal world and regularly approached for her developed expertise by a variety of organizations, Loeb helps organizations succeed by building a high-trust culture that inspires employees to change, collaborate, grow, and perform at their best.
Loeb and her team tirelessly partner with their clients to clarify firm aspirations and coach and train the next generation of highly effective legal and administrative leaders, managers, and teams using intuitive emotional intelligence and expansive business experience. Loeb previously worked at the global law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for more than 10 years in the Human Resources department. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College in New York City. She also holds numerous certifications, and is currently concluding her coursework for her PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.
