Rory Channer is a Founding Partner of DCM Insights, a customer understanding lab that helps organizations understand the changing landscape of customer behavior and how to attract, engage, retain, and grow healthy commercial relationships. Channer previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at BehaVR, a digital therapeutics company, and as a Partner of Kendall and Company, which was acquired by DCM Insights in February 2022. Before that, he led McDermott’s business development strategy, implementing revenue enhancement initiatives, as well as client service enhancements across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Channer is skilled at solving challenges with innovative solutions, and leading high performing teams to build deep and enduring client relationships.
