Rudy Saad is the Global Head of Private Equity and Private Capital Markets at Intapp. He joined Intapp from Investcorp, a $50 billion global private markets investor, where he was a Partner and Managing Director.
Saad has more than two decades of private equity experience and more than 10 years of investing experience – from deal origination and execution, to post-acquisition value creation and exit. He also has more than 10 years of fundraising experience – from capital formation and relationship management, to secondaries and co-investments.
Recognizing the immense potential for innovation in private markets, Saad led the development of a financial technology platform at Investcorp, served on the FinTech Bay Advisory Board, focused his graduate studies on the sector, and was awarded the Leader in FinTech endorsement for Global Talent by the U.K. Government. He currently serves as a guest lecturer on private equity at McGill’s Faculty of Management and is a judge panelist for the Oxford Private Equity Competition. Saad holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and an Master of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.
