Townsend Bancroft

Townsend Bancroft joined Snow Phipps the same year of the firm’s inception. He became a Managing Director in 2020 and currently leads the firm’s business development and investor relations functions. Prior to the formation of Snow Phipps, Bancroft served as a Sales Representative with Victaulic Company, the world’s leading manufacturer of mechanical pipe joining systems. Previously, he was an Analyst at JPMorgan Chase Bank in its private banking unit, where he focused on all aspects of investment management on behalf of high net-worth individuals. Bancroft currently serves on the boards of Cascade Environmental, ECRM, and HCTec. He received his bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
