The Intapp Support team is available to assist clients during the following hours.
Premium Support clients: 24 hours a day, 365 days per year
Standard Support clients: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday (with time zone corresponding to client’s headquarters)
Americas: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday*
* Excluding U.S. federal holidays
Asia Pacific (APAC): 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday*
* Excluding Australia bank holidays
Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA): 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday*
